Old Man Winter definitely came a-callin' to start the Winter of 2010. Oh, yes, and the cat wasn't too thrilled with the weather, either! ;)

This little fawn took up residence behind the air conditioning unit at the house in Nashville; we called a wild animal rescue service, who took her to Walden's Puddle to recouperate, because she had a nasty gash on her flank (perhaps an encounter with a coyote or dog), and she was still too young to be able to forage on her own. However, as you can see from these pix, none of that really seemed to bother her, and certainly didn't slow her down; she gave the rescue guys quite a run for their money!
